Our process for performance
We work with you to identify your requirements and the outcomes you need to achieve. What are your specific issues, pain points or concerns? What are the underlying causes?
Then we consultatively develop a plan to achieve the changes in performance that you want. We aim to make any change sustainable. One that can continue long term. We don’t see any point in short term fixes that don’t last.
Achieving optimal performance is an ongoing process.
It never stops and we are with you every step of the way.

HOW WE WORK
Understanding your needs
Identifying what is causing the actual problem, is not always as easy as it seems. It involves frank discussions, and sometimes talking about issues you may not be comfortable sharing with people outside of your team. We know because we have been there. However, by having these conversations we gain a better understanding of the root causes of your pain. It allows us to develop a plan for your unique site. That meets your unique needs.
Driving continuous improvement
Implementation, this is where we put the plan to work, but it takes teamwork and support. Change management is part of the process. We need to get all stakeholders on board, not just the team doing the actual work. Making change can be painful, so we also help set expectations on how this change will take place, how long before we expect before we see results. Most importantly of all, we stand with you throughout the whole process.
Monitoring performance is key
Are we moving towards our target, are we seeing any potential roadblocks to success, do we need to provide more change management support, or mentoring of site staff to help them realise the end goal?
We remain agile and work with you to modify the plan, continuously adjusting and moving forward. We also understand that different operations require different levels of support. We have the flexibility to be able to be on site regularly if needed or we can support you remotely with less face-to-face time.
